On Monday 13th May Beverley and Jean went to Chichester Cathedral to join in the Diocesan celebrations for the 30th anniversary of women’s ordination to the priesthood. It was a jolly, joyful occasion led by women and at the end of the service all the women priests were ‘welcomed home’ to the cathedral by Bishop Martin. The photo was taken in front of the exhibition in the cathedral of a gallery of photographs of many of the women who serve, or have served in the Diocese for those 30 years.
